  An unassigned genus (Le Gall et al., 2007) in the order Picornavirales. Proposed as a member of a new family "Secoviridae".
   
  The genus Sadwavirus consists of the species, Satsuma dwarf virus (type species), Black raspberry necrosis virus, Strawberry mottle virus and Strawberry latent ringspot virus.
