  An unassigned genus (Le Gall et al., 2007) in the order Picornavirales. Proposed as a member of a new family "Secoviridae".
   
  The genus Cheravirus consists of the following species: Cherry rasp leaf virus (type species), Apple latent spherical virus and "Stocky prune virus" (proposed). Tentative species in the genus are Arracacha virus B and Artichoke vein banding virus.
